Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of the FinalSay app and related services provided by the FinalSay Team ("FinalSay," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Service Overview
FinalSay is a debate service where users create debate topics, write claims for or against a topic, and empathize with claims they find persuasive. When a debate closes, FinalSay's AI judgement system reviews the submitted claims and empathy signals to provide a reasoned verdict on which side made the stronger argument.
Public debates and judgements may be viewed without logging in. Creating debates, writing claims, empathizing with claims, reporting content, viewing participation history, and receiving notifications may require login.
2. Accounts and Login
You may create and access an account through Google Sign-In or Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining access to your account and for activity that occurs through it.
We may restrict or suspend access if we reasonably believe that an account is involved in misuse, security risk, Terms violations, or unlawful conduct.
Users under 14 may not create an account or provide personal information without consent from a legal guardian. If a higher age requirement applies in your country or region, that requirement applies.
3. User Content
"User Content" means debate titles, descriptions, claims, empathy actions, reports, and other text or activity information submitted through the service.
You must have the rights necessary to submit User Content and must not submit content that violates another person's rights or applicable law. You are responsible for the User Content you submit.
You grant FinalSay a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use User Content as needed to provide, store, display, search, share, moderate, operate, improve, and secure the service, generate AI judgements, and comply with law.
Because FinalSay is a public debate service, public debates, claims, empathy counts, and AI judgement results may be visible to other users. After account deletion, some content may remain anonymized or retained where necessary to preserve debate context, maintain service integrity, resolve disputes, or comply with law.
4. Prohibited Conduct and Content
- Threatening, harassing, defaming, stalking, bullying, or invading the privacy of others.
- Posting content that promotes hate, discrimination, violence, terrorism, self-harm, exploitation, illegal activity, or dangerous conduct.
- Posting sexually explicit content, child safety content, non-consensual sexual content, or sexual exploitation content.
- Posting another person's personal information, credentials, contact details, address, financial information, or sensitive information without permission.
- Posting false, impersonating, phishing, spam, or advertising content, or using automated abuse.
- Infringing copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, privacy rights, trade secrets, or other rights.
- Bypassing or abusing security, advertising, AI judgement, reporting, or operational systems.
- Violating applicable law, store policies, or these Terms.
We may hide, remove, limit, review, or report content, restrict accounts, or take other appropriate action where needed.
5. Reports and Moderation
Users may report inappropriate debate content through the in-app reporting feature. We review reports based on context, severity, repetition, applicable law, and store policies.

6. AI Judgements
FinalSay's AI judgements are automated outputs generated from claims and related debate data available at the time a debate closes. AI judgements are informational debate summaries and reasoning aids. They are not legal, medical, financial, investment, political, professional, or official advice.
AI judgements may be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased. You are responsible for independently evaluating content and decisions based on the service.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, suitability, or expected outcome of any AI judgement.
7. Ads and Paid Features
The service may include ads. Ad networks may process device information, advertising identifiers, ad impressions, clicks, and measurement information as described in our Privacy Policy.
FinalSay currently does not offer paid premium votes or in-app purchases. If paid features are introduced later, we will disclose pricing, benefits, refund rules, and payment terms in accordance with store policies and applicable law.
8. Intellectual Property
The service, app, design, logos, software, databases, operational systems, and AI judgement structure are owned by FinalSay or the relevant rights holders. You may use the app only as needed to use the service.
9. Service Changes and Availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the service for improvement, security, maintenance, legal compliance, policy compliance, or operational reasons.
We are not responsible for interruptions caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, network failures, cloud provider issues, security incidents, third-party service failures, legal requirements, or government action.
10. Account Deletion and Data Deletion
You may request account deletion through the app's account settings or by contacting duqndduqnd@gmail.com. After account deletion is processed, account identifiers and personal information connected to your account will be deleted or anonymized.
Some information may be retained where necessary for legal retention obligations, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, rights enforcement, anonymized debate context, temporary backups, and logs.
11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, stability, accuracy, suitability, error-free operation, or any particular result.
We are not responsible for User Content, disputes between users, reliance on AI judgements, third-party services or ads, or harm caused by your violation of these Terms, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when needed. Continued use of the service after the effective date means you agree to the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. We and users will first try to resolve disputes in good faith. If a dispute cannot be resolved, it will be submitted to the competent court under applicable law.
