FinalSay Team ("FinalSay," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, who we share it with, how long we retain it, and what choices and rights you have when using the FinalSay app and related services.

2. Information We Collect
We collect the minimum information needed to provide the service.

FinalSay does not require contacts, photo library, camera, microphone, precise location, health data, financial information, or government identifiers for core service functionality.
3. How We Use Information
- Create accounts, authenticate users, maintain sessions, log users out, and process account deletion.
- Provide public debate lists, debate details, claims, empathy, participation history, and judgement results.
- Generate AI judgements after debate closure.
- Receive reports, review inappropriate content, protect service safety, and enforce the Terms.
- Send push notifications and manage notification settings.
- Provide search, popular keywords, and country or time-zone based service behavior.
- Provide ads, manage ad frequency, and measure ad performance.
- Improve service quality, analyze errors, secure the service, prevent abuse, and operate servers.
- Comply with law, store policies, dispute obligations, and rights protection.
4. AI Judgement Processing
When a debate closes, FinalSay processes the debate title, description, claims from both sides, empathy counts, closing time, and other debate information needed to generate an AI judgement. We do not use email addresses, social login tokens, or push tokens as AI judgement input.
Where necessary, we may send debate information to third-party AI API providers or cloud processors to generate AI judgements. We limit the information to what is needed for the service and require third parties to provide equal or comparable protection.
AI judgements are automated outputs and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased.
5. Sharing and Processors
We do not sell personal information. We may share or process information through the following providers as needed to operate the service.

We may disclose information where required by law, valid legal process, protection of life, safety, property, rights enforcement, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or business transfer with legally adequate notice.
6. International Transfers
Google, Apple, ad networks, AI API providers, and cloud infrastructure providers may process information outside Korea or your country of residence. Information transferred internationally is processed only for the purposes described in this Policy and subject to appropriate safeguards required by contract, policy, or law.
7. Retention and Deletion
We retain personal information until the purpose of collection and use is fulfilled. When you request account deletion, we delete or anonymize account identifiers and personal information connected to your account.
- Account information is retained until account deletion is completed.
- Public debates and claims may be anonymized or visibility-limited instead of deleted where needed to preserve debate context.
- Report and enforcement records may be retained for rights protection, repeat-abuse prevention, and dispute handling.
- Security logs and access records may be retained for abuse prevention, security, and incident response.
- Records required by applicable law are retained for the required period.
- Backup data may remain temporarily under backup and recovery cycles.
8. Your Rights and Account Deletion
You may contact duqndduqnd@gmail.com or use in-app account settings to request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, withdrawal of consent, or deletion of your account and associated account data.

9. Notifications
FinalSay may use push notification permission and FCM tokens to send updates about completed judgements, empathy, and participated debate activity. You may change notification permission in device settings or app settings at any time.
10. Advertising and Tracking
FinalSay may display ads through Google AdMob and related ad networks. Ad networks may process advertising identifiers, device information, ad impressions, ad clicks, and measurement information. Where required by law or platform policy, we will request separate consent for tracking, personalized ads, or advertising identifiers.
11. Children and Teen Safety
FinalSay is not directed to children under 14. If we learn that a child under 14 provided personal information without guardian consent, we will delete the information or take appropriate action.
We prohibit content involving child sexual exploitation, child safety violations, grooming, sexualization of minors, violence, or self-harm encouragement, and we prioritize related reports.
12. Security
We use safeguards including encrypted transmission through HTTPS/TLS, token-based access controls, restricted server and database access, separated management of secrets and service account keys, restricted access to logs and backups, and security incident response procedures.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy when the service, law, store policies, or processing practices change. Material changes will be notified through the app, website, email, or another appropriate method.
